How does my planning fee work?  

My professional design fee varies according to the length and complexity of your trip, the number of travelers, and other factors, as determined during our complimentary consultation. A typical planning fee starts at $250.

Design Your Perfect Trip

– 1 –

First, let's spend some time talking about your ideas and plans for your trip. Schedule your complimentary, 20-minute consultation call so I can learn about your interests, travel style, and what’s important to you for your upcoming excursion. I'll share a bit about the design process, my planning fee, and what you can expect from a Grand Journeys Travel experience. To get started, I will email you my services agreement form and planning fee invoice. Once you return those, we can begin planning your Grand Journey.

During this stage, I will research and craft itinerary options that reflect your vision and priorities. With your input, we will make adjustments, finalize your travel plan, and I will begin booking all the components of your journey. Flights, accommodations, transfers, and unique experiences: I'll handle all the details.

– 3 –

I’ll provide you with your travel documents and confirmations. Before you depart, we’ll schedule a phone consultation to walk through your itinerary and answer all of your questions. You'll have access to all of your travel documents on a digital app that you can access anytime during your trip.

– 4 –

Departure! Embark on your grand journey and be assured that all your preparations are in order. Your only order of business is to enjoy the trip. While you travel, I'll be here to assist you if anything unexpected arises. When you return, I look forward to hearing all about your trip!
